Principal
Mohammed Al Senaid is the founder and principal of MXD Architects. His approach to architecture is rooted in the belief that good design should respond to its context, serve the people who use it, and create lasting value for its owners and communities.
His experience spans residential, commercial, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse projects, with a particular interest in finding opportunities within existing buildings, sites, and communities. Mohammed brings together design, project coordination, and practical problem-solving to help clients move projects from ideas to achievable solutions.
Through MXD Architects, he works closely with owners, developers, contractors, consultants, and municipalities to create architecture that is thoughtful, practical, and connected to place.
Sarah Hameed
Sarah Hameed
Co-Founder
Sarah Hameed is the co-founder of MXD Architects and has worked alongside Mohammed Al Senaid since graduating from architecture school. Together, they have developed a shared approach to design grounded in collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving, and a strong understanding of people and place.
Her experience across architectural projects brings a complementary perspective to the practice, with a focus on developing thoughtful design solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and the needs of each client. As co-founder, Sarah plays an integral role in shaping the vision and direction of MXD Architects.
